The Center for Learning at NCEA 2023

Since launching earlier this year, the Center for Learning has worked to accompany staff and personnel working in Catholic schools to better and more confidently lead liturgies with their students. We published a free planning guide for Lent and hosted a free webinar conversation to help teachers and school leaders approach the season. We have plans to continue developing these resources and conversations for each liturgical season in the next academic year.

Now we are excited to share this work with the attendees of the 2023 National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) convention in Dallas, Texas. In addition to the on-demand workshop session described below, Matt Reichert will be at the conference to meet and support teachers and administrators.

Good liturgies are critical, but they don’t have to be stressful! Many teachers say they want more resources to better plan and lead liturgies for their school. What tools are available to make liturgy planning better and easier? How can you form students for liturgical leadership and participation at parish Mass on the weekend? This session will provide practical, proven strategies for planning and leading high-quality, meaningful school liturgies.
