Professional Learning Communities
Register for a PLC course below!
The Liturgy Forecast is a series of informative conversations on liturgical seasons with and for pastoral ministers. Featuring a panel of experts, each session focuses on one season of the liturgical year, providing a firm foundation for anyone who needs to plan liturgies, select music, design a liturgical environment, write homilies, and more. These conversations provide supportive community and practical, timely formation that will help anyone involved in the liturgy to do their job well.
Parish structures across the United States are changing through closures, mergers, and clustering. This PLC will explore the implications and opportunities this new reality has for liturgical life. Sessions will combine theory and practice to explore principles in change management, development of liturgical practices, liturgical formation and catechesis, developing repertoire, planning considerations, leadership and pastoral skill development, and more. SCHEDULE: May 13-16, 2024 @1:00pm CT
